Drop-in classes

We recommend twice a week for training - at least twice a week will give you better retention of material, and you will be able to see your progress much better. But we understand that schedules sometimes cannot allow this. We offer a punch-card type membership, for people who think they can only come a few times per month. You will not see as much progress, but it gives you the flexibility to drop in when you can, until your schedule is free enough to attend regularly and switch to a monthly membership
